Returns
All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt.
Special order and altered merchandise are final sale. 
Return your Online purchase in 7 days for a full refund. 
Return your purchase within 14 days for exchange or store credit. 
All items being returned must have original packaging with the item and must be unworn. 
All purchases after 14 days are considered final sale. 

Jewelry Repair
Signature authorization has been given to perform the repair work as stated in work order. Not responsible for items left after 180 days of receipt. 

Layaways
A 20% deposit is required as down payment for layaway. 
No refunds after 14 days from the original date of layaway. 
Minimum payments of 1/3 of the original price must be made within each 30-day period. 

Custom Design & Special Orders
A 25% deposit is required for custom design and special orders. 
Deposit on custom design and special orders are nonrefundable. 

Estate Jewelry
All estate jewelry is final sale and non-returnable. 
Customers are responsible for the cost of alteration and sizing for all estate jewelry. 

Sale Jewelry
All jewelry purchased at discount sale, online sale or below retail sale pricing is final sale and non-returnable. 
Customers are responsible for the cost of alteration and sizing for all sale item jewelry. 

All customer quotes are valid for one week only, after which are subject to change.
